Automatically reloads Amazon Relay Load Board (relay.amazon.com) in millisecond (ms).

Built-in AI stealth technology that analyzes the reload speed and adjusts itself to randomly slow down and speed up the refresh rate to mimic a human dispatcher. It helps to stay undetected.

Set the minimum Gross payout you are willing to haul. Flash Relay will choose the loads that are above your minimum requested payout.

Set the minimum per-mile rate to make your run worthwhile and book the “hot loads." This feature can be used together with the “Payout". Flash Relay will choose the loads that are above your minimum requested payout.

Set the maximum number of Amazon warehouses (pick-up/drop off destinations) you are willing to have in one trip. Flash Relay will choose the loads that are below your maximum number of stops.

The Security is an “emergency shutdown” feature. When the Security is ON, Flash Relay monitors for Amazon’s detection attempts. If Flash Relay detects anything fishy, it automatically shuts down to avoid detection.

Exclude locations

You can exclude States, Cities, Warehouses, and/or Zip codes from your trip. The “Exclude" feature can be used alone or in concert with the “Only From" feature.

(Example: “Only From NY state'', and “Exclude: New York City" will auto-book within the entire New York State but ignore all loads inside New York City.)

Only from

This feature books loads within your exclusively desired destinations (States, Cities, Amazon Warehouses, or Zip Codes). Flash Relay will book the loads only from the chosen area while ignoring the rest of the map. (Example: “Only From NY state", will look within NY state while ignoring the other 49 states.)

Exclude Recovery Loads

By enabling the "Exclude recovery loads," you will never have to haul other drivers' mishaps. Flash Relay will never book loads that are not fulfilled by other drivers.

Ignore Next Day Loads

This feature is used to ignore the loads that are far in the future and book loads only within the first 24 hours. (Example: “Ignore Next Day Loads" will ignore all loads that are more than 24 hours away from the current time.)

New Load Alarm

Enable this feature to get notified of any new/fresh loads. (Example: “New Load Alarm" will notify you when a new load is posted.)

Book notification

This is a built-in Flash Relay notification that will notify you of every new booking or the suggested loads you might be interested in taking a look at.

Sound notification

Choose the desired notification sound to get a sound alarm as Flash Relay wins you new business. (Example: “Sound notification" will play a sound when Flash Relay wins you new business.)

First, Pick Up In (min)

Always be on time to pick up your Amazon loads. If you are 20 minutes away from the first warehouse, set First Pick Up time to 30 minutes. Flash Relay will choose the loads that are above your First Pick Up In time.

General FAQ

How does Flash Relay differ from other Relay bookers?

The difference between Flash Relay and other auto bookers is that it is not a cookie-cutter. It can be modified to fit your requirements precisely. You can control the refresh rate in milliseconds, exclude states from your route, auto-book within a specified time window to avoid booking too early or too late. You can set the minimum rate of payout and per mile. Most importantly, Flash Relay can be modified to mimic your human dispatcher with the "Randomize" feature.

What is the difference between Refresher and Randomize features?

Refresher works like a Flash Relayt, refreshing the page at a steady robotic pace. Randomizer is what breaks that steady pace by slowing down or accelerating calls, just as a human operator would do. (Please watch these video tutorials)

How much does Flash Relay cost?

Flash Relay PRO is a $149 per dispatcher, monthly subscription-based service.

Can I cancel the subscription?

Yes, you can cancel the subscription at any time. To cancel your FlashRelay subscription, please click here

Can I install/use Flash Relay on multiple computers and tabs?

Yes. You can install Flash Relay on as many computers as you like and run it on multiple tabs; however, the more tabs you run, the more calls you make to the server per second. We suggest that you start with a single tab and increase as you go.

Why does Flash Relay stop running while auto-refreshing?

This is a built-in security measure for your benefit. When Flash Relay detects that it has started making calls too fast and too often, it will stop. If that happens, wait a few seconds and start the plugin again.

How do I use Payout and Rate features?

You can use one or both of these features together. When you enter the minimum amount, the plugin will auto-book the same amount you entered or the highest per-mile payout available.

What is a Range feature?

The range is a window of time you are looking to get your first pick up. For example, if you indicate 24 hours in the range, Flash Relay searches loads only within the 24-hour window but ignores all loads outside the 24-hour window.

How many States can I exclude from the route?

You can exclude as many states as you like.
